Autorepuestos Alfaro was founded in 1997 by Mr. Adolfo Alfaro. The company began like a sale used spare parts and to provide the necessities of the clients we buy the pieces in our country.  From the beginning the main brand that we distribute was Volkswagen and we choose two particular models:  microbuses and the “Beatles“.

Already in 2000, and thanks to the preference of  numerous customers, Autorepuestos Alfaro started the direct import of used and new spare parts, to make this happens the company  set up important contacts business with companies in the U.S.A. With the objective to give the best service and stock to our clients, the management decide to import and sale  three brands: Volkswagen, Honda and Nissan, but this situation change in 2006 when Autorepuestos Alfaro decided to specialized in Volkswagen, mainly  the models cooled in water, and Honda.

The good assortment, the very competitive prices and of course, our excellent services directed by Mr. Alfaro, allowed the company to be transferred of its initial premises situated near by to the Plaza Gonzalez Viquez to a bigger and comfortable sales agency located in Barrio La Cruz, San Jose.
In 2007, the management of the company takes a new course and decides to increase the importation of new spare parts of both brands (Volkswagen and Honda)without leaving behind our customers how also search for the used spare parts. The import brought to our warehouses brands such as Boge, Sachs, Elrinq, Meyle, Bosh, Topran, Luk for the Volkswagen cars and for the Honda cars we have Three Five, NPW, TRW, Luk, Yec, NGK, NDC, NPR and Gates.
